On January 22, 2025, as the Chinese New Year approached, Jimei Fine Chemical (Guangxi) Co., Ltd., in collaboration with the Xiangzhou County Industrial Park Management Committee, embarked on a heartfelt visit to Huashan Village. Carrying festive gifts and warm wishes, they extended their holiday greetings and blessings to the local villagers. The visit was warmly received by the Director of the Huashan Village Committee and the stationed village Party Secretary, who accompanied the delegation throughout the event.

During the cordial and engaging discussion session, Party Secretary Chen Qunguang of Huashan Village provided a comprehensive and detailed report on the village committee’s work over the past year. He also delved into the 2025 work plan, outlining the vision for the village’s future development.

At the meeting, General Manager Li Wengang of Jimei Fine Chemical (Guangxi) expressed his sincere gratitude. He acknowledged that the company’s steady growth would not have been possible without the guidance of the Industrial Park Management Committee and the support of the Huashan Village Committee. He introduced the company’s future plans to expand production capacity, explore new markets, and implement employee welfare initiatives such as skills training and career advancement opportunities. He specifically proposed that the village committee assist in recruiting local villagers: "This will not only help meet our company's labor demands but also allow villagers to secure employment close to home, increase their income, and enhance their overall well-being."

Deputy General Manager Huang Shangying of Jimei Fine Chemical (Guangxi) also spoke at the meeting. He reflected on the company's close collaboration with the Huashan Village Committee since the factory was established in 2019, acknowledging the village committee's tremendous support. On behalf of the company, he extended heartfelt gratitude for their assistance over the past two years.
